Reply Timing

Keyword Triggers

When a comment on any post matches a keyword (case-insensitive, checked across every post β€” either "contains" or an exact match, per rule), first-time commenters get the public reply + private DM, while commenters who are already a known lead instead get that rule's Known Lead Reply (if configured β€” otherwise nothing happens). First matching rule wins; if nothing matches, the default reply fires for new commenters only β€” known leads with no matching rule are always skipped.

New Leads

Controls what happens the moment the bot first sees a new lead.

When a new lead's backfilled history reads like a friend or existing client (mostly statements, few questions) rather than a cold lead, AI is turned off for them β€” same as sending [off]. Only runs when backfill above finds prior messages.

When a brand-new lead's first message arrives, checks IG whether you already follow them β€” if so, AI is turned off for them, same as sending [off]. Independent of Auto-backfill above.

Ad Lead Detection

Case-insensitive. Tags the lead as an Ad Lead β€” shown with a badge on their avatar in the Leads tab.

Fallback for when Meta doesn't deliver the webhook for the lead's DM-ad reply β€” tags the lead if the very first message we ever send them contains one of these phrases.

Reply Timers

Random delay picked between min and max before the AI replies. "Invited" applies once a lead has been pitched. Takes effect immediately.

Follow-Up & Voice Notes

Plain text sends as a DM. A number or URL sends as a voice note. Takes effect immediately, no redeploy needed.
